Duelbits does not pay commissions

I’ve been dealing with serious issues with Duelbits since I started as an affiliate about five months ago.

After bringing in some players, my original manager disappeared without notice, leaving me with no support and unable to withdraw commissions owed since November. In February, I learned he had left the company without informing me.

My new manager was helpful and confirmed payment for March 15th via a player account, but delays followed. When the funds finally arrived, my withdrawal was blocked. Since then, I’ve faced daily promises of payment that never happen. It’s been months without receiving what I’m owed, plus nearly another month dealing with withdrawal issues. I even contacted the Head of Department and got no response.

The lack of transparency is unacceptable, and the whole situation feels very untrustworthy.
