Duelbits Affiliate Program Payment Issue

I am reaching out to formally report a payment dispute with the Duelbits affiliate programme. As a member of the affiliate community, we believe it is important to flag this behavior to protect other partners. ​

We have outstanding, confirmed commissions from November (1980$) and January (720$), which is 2700$ that has not been released. Our December payment of (720$) has been received into our account, which was our small commission. Based on trust, we continued our work. They asked us to wait for the November payments.

Despite multiple follow-ups, the Duelbits team has provided inconsistent excuses. ​
